Our policy to our valuable online customers regarding receipt of products that by chance that in receiving your delivery order through our shipping and handling company of our desserts and your order have been receive damage on that day through our delivery service.
Nelson Fine Foods will replace your order and reshipped your dessert to you or give you a refund of the purchase price, our goal is to satisfy our customer, all we ask is that on the day of opening the boxes when receiving your order as proof of damage item, that you the customer would take a picture of the damage dessert and email it to us as proof.
And please do not return the damaged dessert to us, just simply dispose of it and we will promptly send out another dessert to you. And without photo proof of any of our desserts received at that point of the boxes being open and evidence of damaged can be viewed by the customer care manager of the damage, on the date of delivery please photo the damage of the dessert and email that photo as evidence to us and if there is no evidence of the damage their will not be any replacement nor refund.
